I never shared how having babies could cause a lot of changes in a momma’s body. No I am not having another but the result of having my Little Man and Little Lady has left me battling quite a few things. For starters my Anemia became much worse after having kids.

During pregnancy I was on a pretty high dose of iron it wasn’t fun. I dealt with it and paid no mind to the symptoms I was experiencing it. I was a working mom who traveled 2hrs to and from work. I thought the fatigue, dizziness, blurry vision, and insomnia were all normal pregnancy symptoms but as they continued after having the kiddos I knew what it was.

My Vertigo hit hard and was diagnosed sometime in 2010 It was the worst thing that ever happened to me I had to learn to cope with it to avoid the nausea. I remember staying in bed for 3 days straight scared to get up.

Lately, as I’ve gotten caught up with life I failed to take care of myself and thus I’ve had another battle with my anemia. It’s been a couple of weeks of fatigue I didn’t notice it or really pay it any mind until the dizziness and insomnia kicked it. I knew it was my fault.

I share this because while I treat this blog like my job I am a mother and wife first. You may have noticed my lack of posting this month. It’s been extremely hard to get up and function normally. Thankfully the hubs has filled in where I couldn’t but it does get hard to live a normal life.

Today I feel much better and I am taking it easy. With 2013 just around the corner, we have a lot of great things planned. First on the agenda is getting everyone healthy. I thank you all for continuing to support our blog and visit even on days when we don’t post.
