Send Cheer to Teachers with Cheerios

Disclosure: This post was written by me on behalf of Cheerios

With Little Man in school now I try to do my part to help his school and show my appreciation to his teacher. I not only am a very involved parent but I am trying to raise a caring and appreciative young boy.

I was happy to receive Cheerios Send Cheer to Teachers Care Package recently to support their efforts to thank teachers and help schools.

The Cheerios® Send Cheer to Teachersprogram makes it simple to thank your favorite teacher from your childhood days or your child’s current teacher.  Parents can show their gratitude, support, and appreciation by cutting a special postcard for teachers from specially-marked boxes of Cheerios® cereal.
How It Works Locate a specially-marked Cheerios® cereal box in your grocery store now through mid-October, 2013.  After purchasing the box, follow these three easy steps:
  1. Cut out the postcard found on the front of the box.
  2. On the back-side of the postcard, write a message of appreciation or a simple “thank you.”
  3. Share Cheer with your teacher!

I know Little Man’s teacher is not only a parent but she also treats her students with so much love. Like many other teachers she spends her own money on school supplies for her students and class.

I am doing my part by saving Box Tops for Education. I encourage you to do the same.

Cheerios, together with the Box Tops for Education® program, is offering parents a way to help alleviate this burden with a Send Cheer to Teacherssweepstakes.

Now through July 17, 2014,parents can enter for a chance to win one of five prize packages for their child’s school; one grand prize made up of 100,000 Bonus Box Tops and $10,000 worth of school supplies courtesy of Avery®, and Ziploc® or one of four prize packages made up of 30,000 Bonus Box Tops and $2,000 worth of school supplies courtesy of Avery® and Ziploc®
