It feels good to add this ingredients to my holiday treats and even better having my family feast on them. The ingredients alone show how simple and easy it is to make this treat and it’s evident that raisins were the star in this mini tart!

Making Almond Raisin Mini Tarts

Using pre-made pice crust I found it easy to unroll and cut out circles that fit my muffin pan. I used baking spray to make sure they don’t stick and I pierced my circles once I pressed them down in my pan.

After mixing the ingredients together for the filling I added a heaping spoonful onto the crust. I Baked at 350F for about 20mins or until I saw the crust turn a  nice golden color and the filling is thick. I found they even were easy to pop out once they cooled off.
