I have a very special place in my heart for our marine life as I once dreamt of becoming a Marine Mammalogist.
I’ve made great efforts to teach the kids about our marine life and it’s importance to our food chain.
Although I do not consume fish often, Little Man and Little Lady do. So when I heard the changes McDonald’s had taken in efforts to sustain fish stock for our future as well as educating its consumer with packaging changes I was thrilled.
“We’re extremely proud of the fact that this decision ensures our customers will continue to enjoy the same great taste and high quality of our fish with the additional assurance that the fish they are buying can be traced back to a fishery that meets MSC’s strict sustainability standard.”-Dan Gorsky, senior vice president of U.S. supply chain and sustainability
