It’s been sometime since I last shared our bilingual journey. The kids have been consistent with certain words and i’m extremely happy that they understand more Spanish since our trip to california.
Recently I was asked if I had tried Rosetta Stone for Kids. I thought no and wondered if this was yet another costly program i’d invest in for my kids to practice Spanish.
I was surprisingly wrong. It ended up being an app and it’s FREE!
So I downloaded the app on our iPad and let the kids check it out. I didn’t try it out first I just observed the kids to see if it were as easy as I had heard.
Here is the kids just 10 minutes in on playing with the app.
The app is voice activated so little lady was having a field day yelling baila baila.
Little man loved getting rewards so far they have 4 rewards on their toy shelf.
Overall the app was educational and age appropriate. The kids enjoyed playing it and repeating words in Spanish. They loved it for what the games and sounds were. It wasn’t forced learning. I look forward to seeing what other words they learn so far we have baila and lanza down!
Consider downloading the Rosetta Stone Kids Lingo Letter Sounds app on iTunes for your kids. This app is ideal for kids ages 3-6
