GUBcation Destination: A family getaway to Jamaica #oneloveja

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. I was invited to an all-expense paid press trip to Jamaica.

Growing up my family traveled to Tijuana, Mexico almost every weekend. It was a quick getaway, needless to say the idea of taking a family vacation was never really talked about. As an adult and mother now, I dream of taking my family on adventures. I never really thought of going somewhere internationally, aside from Mexico, but after a quick getaway to an all-expenses paid trip to Jamaica, my mind has definitely changed.

I had the opportunity to soak up the life in Jamaica last month with other amazing bloggers. We explored several areas of the country including Montego Bay, Negril, and Ocho Rios. The amount of time we spent exploring made me think how amazing it would be to bring my family to visit next time.

I’m really happy I was able to experience this without my family because I was able to focus on the adventures of the country and really understand what things are right for my family. Having small children takes a lot of planning for an international trip to go well. I also saw many areas i’d love to explore with my husband and we could enjoy as a couple.

I learned all about the all-inclusive hotels and the accommodations each offer that would be best for my family. While this has been a first  experience for me, I am confident with the thought of planning a trip back to Jamaica. After experiencing Jamaica it really relieves the anxiety and stress of planning a trip.
