Our home was in full test mode for some of the hottest toys chosen by kids for this years holiday gift ideas! So I had to check them out myself. Walmart’s list of 20 top toys chosen by kids includes one of little lady’s faves and requests for Santa, The Disney’s Princess Puppy Palace Pets Magic Dance Pumpkin!
Pumpkin is Cinderella’s royal pup so she comes dressed in blue accessories including a tiara, tutu and bow. She also has soft fur ears, tail and 2 fur cuffs. My favorite details are the sapphires in her tiara and her necklace. She’s adorable!
This toy is very interactive. It is controlled by a light-up magic wand which is a remote controller for the pup.
It wags it’s tail, curtsy, dances, and speaks! It speaks over a dozen phrases and makes sounds as she follows your commands.
Her tail and accessories like the tutu, bow and cuffs are removable and attached with velcro. I think this is smart because my little lady likes to move things around to play dress up. Her tail bow ended up on her pups ear at one point!
I played with Pumpkin my self and found that she is pretty loud and moves very fast! I liked that the wand lights up and makes sounds as well. I thought that was pretty cool!
This Palace Pets pup includes 2 AAA batteries in the wand however you do need 4AA batteries for the actual dog.
