Proud to be Me #barbieproject

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post as a participant in the #Barbie Project.

It’s been 6 months of play i’ve observed with little lady and Barbie. Through it all we’ve learned a lot, lived everyday moments and dreamt so big that even I was believing the stories my daughter shared.

I created a poster to look back on all the moments we’ve had these past couple of months and I surprised her with it.

She was ecstatic to see herself at play with Barbie and she remembered every moment.  I raise my daughter to be proud of where she comes from and who she is but Barbie taught us both that being proud of who we are is just as important.

Proud to be me Poster

The Barbie Project allowed us to share special moments with each other and I learned so much about my little lady. From learning to float with Barbie, discussing our heritage, making mini donuts for Barbie and getting ready with Barbie with everyday activities really showed us how learning, living, and dreaming is part of what makes us Proud of who we are!

Little Lady grew up so much over this time and I am happy I was able to capture it all for our Barbie Project.  I know playtime with Barbie will forever be treasured with my big girl!
