A huge thanks to McDonald’s for hosting GUB friends and Bloggers at a recent Egg White Delight Blogger Breakfast!
We started our morning we a delicious breakfast featuring the new Egg White Delight. I hadn’t tried it even though all the attendees at The Craft of Blogging had received a voucher for a free sandwich at our recent workshop. Needless to say I was excited to try it!
Everyone was pretty surprised the breakfast sandwich was only 250 calories. I think this one became a quick favorite especially after tasting the white cheddar cheese YUM!
We also had an informative presentation by Registered Dietitian, Monica Montes. She wasn’t there to soley speak on McDonald’s but she had great advice and tips on eating out. She mentioned how the MyPlate works especially when it comes to the McDonald’s menu.
After the presentation we had a cool McDonald’s Kitchen Tour.
David and Guillermo, McDonald’s Staff welcomed us and gave us the tour during their busiest time! I was impressed how to see the transition in the kitchen from breakfast menu to day menu.
