One of the cool things about being part of the Walmart Moms program is learning a variety of things. Like learning where Walmart gets tomatoes and meeting the farmers to learning from from other moms especially in the recipe department. I’ve even learned to love things I never thought I would. If you’d ask me 10 years ago how often I craved Tomatoes I’d yell NEVER!
Since becoming a mom, things have changed and now I feel like my mother trying to cook with a variety of vegetables fresh and cooked. Tomatoes is the hardest one. I can’t seem to get the kids to want to even try them some days. Luckily my Walmart Moms have such amazing recipes that now my whole family gets to try tomatoes in delicious new recipes! I thought i’d share them here as well maybe you will find some that you’d like to try!
